Terms of Service

Scope
These terms apply to all users of Clash Base ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Relationship with Supercell
This Service is not provided or operated by Supercell, and is not an official Supercell service. Supercell is not responsible for this Service and does not endorse or sponsor its content. Clash of Clans and all related trademarks, logos, and images are the intellectual property of Supercell. For more information, please see Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service. Minors should use the Service with parental consent.
Account
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account is for a single user only. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
Service Description
The Service provides tools for managing and saving base layout links. Features include layout registration, screenshot storage, label organization, and version history.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: unauthorized access or interference with the Service; uploading content that infringes on others' copyrights or intellectual property; any activity that violates applicable laws or public order; promoting or distributing cheats, hacks, mods, or other unauthorized tools; activities related to buying, selling, or transferring game accounts; accessing the Service via automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.); and any other activity that disrupts the operation of the Service.
User Content
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content (screenshots, layout links, notes, etc.) and that such content does not infringe any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, you grant us a limited license to use that content as necessary to provide the Service. The design, logos, source code, and original content of the Service are the intellectual property of the operator.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. In particular, we accept no liability for loss of in-game data, invalidation of layout links, service interruptions, or data loss.
Account Suspension and Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these terms or if we determine it is necessary for the sound operation of the Service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from account suspension or deletion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any and all damages (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable law.
Service Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the termination of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
